Only able to retrieve 196 Salesforce records

Hello,

I created a flow that is scheduled to run each morning and retrieve all SF records that are of a certain status and do not have a checkbox filled (if it matters, this is the actual SF query: Status eq 'Disconnect Email' AND RA_Case_Order_Disconnect_Email_Sent__c eq false). It worked great for several months, sometimes retrieving 500+ records. I did not make any changes, but for some reason, it recently started to only return a maximum of 196 records.

I verified that the pagination is set to 1,000 in the settings, but I can only retrieve 196 records. Any ideas why or how to fix?

    How many rows do you get back when you run that query in DataLoader or Workbench (with the same credentials) ?

    255 rows. I determined this by a listview that I set up to show how many of these records are pending, and how many get processed each day. There were 255 records in the listview this morning, then the flow ran and processed 196 of them, leaving 59 that did not get processed.

    Define "this morning". Remember that the service runs on UTC.

    The Power Automate flow is scheduled to run every day at 6:00 AM MT, or 12:00 UTC. The time is not the issue though.

    The issue is that there were 850 records that were available to be processed 5 days ago, but the "Get Salesforce Records" activity in Power Automate is only retrieving 196 each day. It has taken 5 days to process records that should have been processed in one day. It is frustrating, because it used to be able to process 800 records at a time, and I didn't make any changes, but now it seems to only be able to do 196 at a time.

    Are there any other settings besides pagination that affect how many Salesforce records can be retrieved/processed at a time?
