Display User Approvals

Good morning,

I'm very new to flow and SharePoint online.

I have been asked if we can display what I can described as a user's dashboard on our main landing page.  What the user would like to see is all their 'approvals' in one place, so they don't have to use their email to approval expenses etc.

I know you used to have a web part in SP 2010 that could display this sort of thing

If anyone can help me out, or point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.

Claire

    Hi @claire11 ,

Do you want to show all the Approvals of users in one place, such as on a SharePoint Web part?

Please check if the following blog on how to combine MS flow with SharePoint for more Powerful Web Parts for a reference:

    Hi Mabel,

Thank you for this, I need to display the approvals for the current logged on user.  For example, if we have an expenses list with an approval flow that a manager has to approval, when the manager logs on they will have a web part on their dashboard that will show all items from all lists that have an approval flow on, so they can just then approval the items from that view - does that make more sense?

    Thanks

    Hello Claire11,

I would create a PowerApps displayed in a SharePoint online PowerApps web part.

The PowerApps would call a flow to query the approvals

    Hi @claire11 ,

Do you want the manager give an approval response from SharePoint Web part but not from Flow approval center?

I am afraid that it might be not possible currently. Please feel free post your request on Flow Ideas Forum:

    Best regards,

    Mabel
