Loading sequence in PowerApps

Hi All

I am building an app where I need to get some data from few SP lists and then run some actions depending on results from those lists. So I added getting data in "OnAppStart" and running actions in "OnScreenLoad". But it looks like there is not such thing as Loading Sequence in PowerApps 😔. I added some logging and it looks like all actions starts at the same time. 
So the question is - how do I make sure all data is loaded (SP lists loaded and user profile details extracted from AAD) and only then some actions (kept under button "OnSelect" ) are executed ?

    The Concurrent() function can help you out with this. Put all your data loading operations into a Concurrent() call and it will return true if all operations were successfully executed.

     

    Another option some people use is a splash screen at the app start with a hidden timer control. When the timer reaches its preset end time, it navigates to the next screen in the app.
