[HELP NEEDED] Sending 1 single email only when new entry is added in excel online

Hi, 

 

I was able to create a flow wherein if a new row in Excel Online is added it will trigger a new email. But, whenever a new entry from the form is added on the list, it is sending a duplicate email from the previously emailed contact. How can I resolve this? 😞
