Allowing for multiple reponses when sending an email with options

Hello all,

I am generating a recurring email and have included voting options Yes and No in my email. The problem is when I send it it only allows for one recipient to respond. I want to be able to track the responses from multiple users. Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks.

ok, thanks Levi. Can you advise how to add an attachment also? I have tried but it is asking me for all certain types of links, codes and references and I don't understand. Do I have to have something saved in sharepoint in order to attach? Can I simply attach something from my local folder? It is not straightforward.

    Thanks,

    Daniel

    Hi @danielcourtney ,

This function cannot be implemented directly in flow.

Hi Levi, Thanks for this. I am hoping to send this email to multiple people but I dont want them to get the notification on teams. Is there any other way to do this in power automate rather than having to ask each person who receives this mail to turn these off in teams?

    Thanks.

Hi Levi, it looks better now. However,  the recipents are getting an email notification and a notification in microsoft teams, is it possible to only get one notification via email?

    Thanks

    Hi @danielcourtney ,

You can put the body into details.

I think this link will help you a lot:

Where does the body of the email go?

    Hi @danielcourtney ,

The action "Start and wait for an approval"  itself will send an email to the person you designate.

Hi Levi. But I need to send an email with a body and voting options and if I delete this that wont be possible. I want to send an email, with voting options Yes and No and allow for multiple responses. Thats all.

    Hi @danielcourtney ,

I think you can delete the action "Send email with options" and run this flow again.

    Best Regards,

    Levi
