Allowing for multiple reponses when sending an email with options

Hello all,

I am generating a recurring email and have included voting options Yes and No in my email. The problem is when I send it it only allows for one recipient to respond. I want to be able to track the responses from multiple users. Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi @danielcourtney ,

You can set up an approval to complete this vote.
1. Add the action "start and wait for an approval".
2. Set the approval type to "custom responses – wait for all responses".
3. Set the response options item to Yes and No.

Hi Levi, Unfortunately, this has not worked. I am testing this by sending to 2 emails. When I respond to the vote on the first email it says "thank you, your response has been received". When I try to vote with the second email it says "your response has already been received". This is also creating notifications in microsoft teams which I do not want. Appreciate any other advice you may have. Thanks.

I think you can delete the action "Send email with options" and run this flow again.

Hi Levi. But I need to send an email with a body and voting options and if I delete this that wont be possible. I want to send an email, with voting options Yes and No and allow for multiple responses. Thats all.
