Searchable Dropdown in datacard doesn't work in mobile version

Hi,

I have a searchable dropdown looking at users in active directory

the dropdown works on desktop version, but not on mobile.

Hi @AlanBo,

Could you please share a screenshot about the issue within your app?

Could you please share a bit more about the searchable dropdown that you mentioned? Is it a Combo box control?

Further, which OS version is your mobile device? which version is the PowerApps Mibile App within your mobile device?

I have made a test, and the issue is confirmed on my side. Even when I run my app within PowerApps for web (in edit mode or play mode), the searchable dropdown (Combo box control) for the Person type column also does not work.

I would post this issue to my product team, if the issue is solved, I would reply here.

Hi @AlanBo This may be a known issue that we are tracking on https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/support/. It is not specific to mobile and happens on all platforms. If a combo box uses data from a "People only" Sharepoint column, nothing will be shown.

The fix will be coming very soon.

A fix has been deployed for a bug where data does not show up for Sharepoint "People only" column. If you have already published an app with this bug, you will have to open the app in PowerApps Studio and re-publish to get the fix. We apologize for the inconvenience and are reviewing how we can prevent similar incidents from happening in future.

Please let me know if you are still seeing the same issue.

Hi,

Thank you for the response.

In the desktop version it works and i'm able to search for people.
But it still doesn't work in the mobile version. I've tried to create a new app from the sharepoint list, but still doens't work.

I also tried to create an ordinary column as "choice" type, looking at the choices i've defined. if I allow the data field to take inputs, i get the same issue.

Please let me know if you need more information
