SharePoint Admin seeing all FLOWs created by other users

HI All,

As the SharePoint Admin of my company, is there a way to see FLOWS created by other people?

If I add other users as an owner of the a FLOW that creates an outlook event, will I be able to choose who the organizer is or do both become the organizer?

I would really like to be able to create FLOWs, then hand them over to someone else to manage.

You can create Flows and Share these flows by making other people additional owners on the flow.

I hit the accept as solution by mistake!
You didn't answer either of my questions.

Can I see FLOWs created by other users?
Can I make a second owner the organizer of an Outlook event the FLOW creates?
