Hi Everyone,

I have been seraching this everywhere and was not able to find a solution anywhere and was wonddering if is it even possible?
The sitaution is that i have Datverse tables created in my power apps solution and i want to view these tables na dthe views of these tables that i created in SSMS so that i could calculations and logics in SSMS
Even though i can view the tables by connecting to the Power Apps environment using it as a Datbase engine is SSMS.
However, i am not able to see the views i careted for these table sin SSMS or even in Azure Data Studio.

I tried creating new tabels and views and even loading tables from new Environmnets nothing seems to work to show up the views in SSMS or any other Database Engine for that matter.

Can someone help me with this.
Any Help would be appreciated.

Many Thanks
Sai

    Hi,

Did you verify that you have the permissions necessary to see them, using how you are connecting in SSMS?

Are you not able to see ANY views or just the view you created. I would verify the roles etc you have based on the account connecting with SSMS.

    Hi FLMike,

Thanks for the response yes i do have Admin permissoins in the Power apps environment and still not able to find any views in SSMS (the default ones or even the ones I created)

I would appreciate if you or anyone in the comunity could show me a screenshot of the Power apps dataverse table views in SSMS or Azure Data studio for that matter as a proof of concept for me to get confidence on it please.

    Many Thanks
    Sai

    Hi Sai97

    Unfortunately this is not possible.

As per the documentation, you can access the tables (which is what you're seeing), but "no custom views of the data are provided.".
