My flow randomly throws an error. Whenever I manually rerun it works fine

My flow throws this error randomly.

Http request failed: the content was not a valid JSON. Error while parsing JSON: 'Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: R. Path '', line 0, position 0.'

The flow will run automatically fine and on occasion it will fail out with the error above. When I rerun the job that failed it runs perfectly fine. Any ideas what could be causing this? The flow itself is basic. It's using get items from sharepoint list, uses a true/false and will send an email out with items pulled using get items.
