Disabling Flows after 90 Days

Hi, I'm wondering if there's a way to stop having power automate automatically disable flows if they're not used in 90 days. I have about 15 flows that are running for my company that may not be used all the time but need to remain running in case it's needed. With that many flows it becomes something I need to consistently monitor to make sure they are not being shut off.

According to this page it can be prevented by using different licenses: https://www.about365.nl/2021/02/02/how-to-bypass-the-expiration-limit-in-power-automate/

We are using Power Apps per User plans in our organization ans we don't run into this issue (as long as the owner has such a license)

Hi @Anonymous,

As a workaround you could set the schedule to the daily frequency but use a trigger condition or a condition to allow run certain actions if that condition is met. In that condition you could use an expression with dayOfWeek, dayOfMonth or dayOfYear

This way you still have activity.
