If I pay a consultant, on Fiverr for example, to create a project management solution using a model-driven app, and dataverse, and create reports using Power Platform. What access do I need to give the consultant to deploy the app in our company 365 account?

I was considering making an account with System Admin access and providing them the password temporarily. Seems like a huge risk to company security though. Is there a better way to do this?
