How do we post hyperlinks for multiple attachment(s) in Teams after Forms Submission?

This works 🙂 Thank you so much for the prompt solution. Other challenge which I may post on the forum is that if i send the form without uploading any attachment, the message doesn't get posted on teams. The form includes information on other items as well and there might be times when the form will be submitted without an attachment. I still want other items in the form to be published even without the attachment(s) included.
