PowerApps Vs. Microsoft Flow

As of now, Microsoft Forms does not allow users to add an attachment field.  Is a way to setup PowerApp to have the end user to submit an attachment (without using a data source [Sharepoint, CDS, or other])  and have Flow to send the email with the attachment?

I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

I believe you have to use a data source at this time.
What you could use is something like one drive.

There used to be a work around using the attachment card in PowerApps from the submit form control. But Microsoft mentions that attachment card will not work outside a form. I myself have tried the work around but it did not work for me so I just stored the file on share point.

    Hi,

As of now, you can attach files in Microsoft forms and files are store on a one drive. Please check if the feature solves your problem.
