I can't find any information regarding Populate a Microsoft Word Template action on an Sharepoint 2019 on-premise library via Data Gateway. Is it supported?

Currently i'm getting:

The dynamic operation request to API 'wordonlinebusiness' operation 'GetFileSchema' failed with status code 'BadRequest'. This may indicate invalid input parameters. Error response: { "status": 400, "message": "There was an error accessing the file. Please try again or select a different file. clientRequestId: 7719a065-dac9-4b87-9860-4307959ebc10", "error": { "message": "There was an error accessing the file. Please try again or select a different file." }, "source": "wordonlinebusiness-eus.azconn-eus-01.p.azurewebsites.net" }

    Or maybe just moving the file from Sharepoint Online library to on-premise library?
