Build flow that create new view

I am trying to build a flow that creates a new view when an item is added to an existing list.

    To the best of my knowledge there is no Flow action that will let you build a new view.  You should be able to do it using an HTTP REST call.  Here's a series of articles on using REST to create things like Views.
