Guys, I completely new to flow and i'm wondering if i can do the following:

When a form is completed - send an email to a person with the details from the form to approve - allow that person to send the form details to a specific staff member - when the staff member completes the task based from the form details send a message to a person stating task complete

Do you want the flow to send an email to a person with the details from the form when a form is completed,and then allow that person to send the form details to a specific staff member to complete the task, and send a message to a person stating task complete when the staff member have completed the task?

I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

Firstly,Microsoft flow support to trigger a flow when a new response is submitted currently, trigger a flow when a form is completed is not sopported in microsoft Flow currently

Secondly,how would you like to send the form details to the staff member to complete?

You couldn't get the link of the form automatically from flow,if you would like to send the link to staff member to complete, you need to send the link,or QR cold,or embed,or email to the staff member to complete.
