Hi Community,

I have a flow where images are taken from a P. Apps, and these are uploaded to a PDF in Sharepoint and an email is sent with these as well. Months ago it worked perfectly for all users, but now it throws the error: Token contains invalid signature.

Does anyone know how to fix this?.

Thanks,

Francisco

I have the same issue with some, but not all users. Apparently this has something to do with the user credentials while using the OneDrive-Connector within the flow. I have removed and re-applied App access for selected users, which forced them to re-authorize all connectors. This worked for the most, but not all... :(

I have the same issue.  My flow was running without a problem for years and suddenly this happens.  Already removed and recreated the connections but same error.  Can someone help on this?

I resolved the issue by changing the run-only permissions of the OneDrive for Business connection to my own connection instead of the "Provided by run-only user" option

Many of our users have suddenly encountered this issue, all while using the app on their phones.

Current workaround: Share a link to the app (URL) and instruct them to open it in their phone’s web browser instead of the app. This will prompt them to accept all necessary connectors.

So far, this solution has worked for all affected users.
After refreshing the connectors through their browser, the app works as intended.

Similar to others replying to this post, I have altered the run-only permissions to use my own personal connection. This always runs the flow under my connections, so it doesn't struggle with connection issues for other users. The only problem with this workaround is that I am using email actions in my flow, which now all come from my email rather than the action having the user of the flow essentially email themselves.

This problem with connections seems like a relatively new issue and is affecting each of the flows that I've made all at once. I first noticed this only very recently (Apr. 2025), but the flows are only used occasionally. I'm wondering if this is stemming from an update or change on Microsofts end.
