Embedded PVA producing 404 error when loaded on custom website

Hey everyone!

I created a PVA with GenAI conversation boosting in an environment called Contoso Sandbox 3 (US region) and I deployed it to a Dynamics portal in a production environment in Canada. This was because GenAI features do not appear to be available in the Canada region.

I used the iframe source code to embed the bot endpoint in the Dynamics portal. Here is the code snippet:
<!DOCTYPE html><html><body><iframe src="https://web.powerva.microsoft.com/environments/43bbbf8c-6fe7-edc1-805d-e90b09105416/bots/cr9a6_pvaaiTest/webchat?__version__=2" frameborder="0" style="width: 100%; height: 100%;"></iframe></body></html>

This worked, the bot was functioning perfectly in the portal. Starting this week, when I would load up the portal the iframe would appear blank after showing a loading icon for a couple of seconds. I inspected the console logs and noticed whenever the iframe was set to load, the following error occurred:
GET https://43bbbf8c6fe7edc1805de90b091054.16.environment.api.powerplatform.com/powervirtualagents/botsbyschema/cr9a6_pvaaiTest/webchatsettings?api-version=2022-03-01-preview net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

At first, I assumed it was an issue with my code but when I try to open the same PVA in the PVA demo site, the chatbot never loads there either. Has anyone ever encountered this or have the slightest clue how to debug the issue?

Thank you in advance for any support you can provide:)

    Thank you for the help guys! I won't be doing further testing at this time but from the thread here, I believe VPN and region-lock are the solution and problem at hand

    hi @whawkins  could be a regional lock, you can try using a VPN for testing purposes

    I agree, this is most likely a regional lockdown with your IP address in Canada. I'm sorry about that. I just tried again, and it is working for me still. Hopefully this will be released soon in your region. Mark this as solved for now if we are fine with that answer. I am trying to get to the #MPPC conference and I will bring this questions up with them and see if they have a timeline (Microsoft internal support).

    Hey there!

    Thanks for verifying it works still! When I try opening it in the demo site, I get a buffering icon indefinitely:

    I get the same blank screen I see in the Dynamics portal. Perhaps it is a result of a regional lockdown since my IP address is in Canada

    @whawkins your bot is loading for me in test. I am in Ohio -> US - Central Region. Can you test again and see if you are experiencing the loading issue still?
