Dynamically access Group ID and Planner ID of a personal Planner plan

Hi,

I have created a flow that copies tasks that are assigned to me via loop or in group planners into my own personal Planner plan.
It works as intended, no issues there.

I now want to share this flow with some coworkers via 'send a copy', but obviously I do not want to send them a copy with the group ID and planner ID for my personal plan, they're meant to use it for their individual plans.

Is there a way to dynamically fill the group ID and planner ID based on the user / context in which the flow is running?
(I have tried to find the personal plan by listing all groups I own and the respective planners in them, but since despite having a group ID the personal plan is not in an actual M365 group, the personal plan doesn't show up in this list)

Alternatively: is there a better way to share the flow that I am currently overlooking? (It needs to be easy for the coworkers, ideally I don't want them to have to edit the contents of the flow manually)

    Hi

You can create a Solution. Add your existing flow.

    Then create 2 Environment Variables
Set the Values, to your's initially

Export the solution and give it to them.

As they Import, they would change the Values to theirs (as part of the import it will ask).

    and done

    Hi,

thank you for the suggestion of creating a Solution.

However, as far as I understand Solutions right now, this would mean I have to create a seperate environment for every user that wants to use my flow, in order for the environment variables to be able to be specific to every individual user.

Is this correct (because that does not really seem like a good option) or am I misunderstanding something about Solutions/environment variables?
(I haven't worked with solutions before)

    Thank you for your help!
