In my automation process with Power Automate Desktop, every time I run a flow that uses the Office 365 Outlook connector, a manual confirmation request appears (as shown in the attached image). This interrupts the automatic execution of the flow and requires manual intervention.
My questions are:
- Is there any configuration to prevent this confirmation from being requested on every execution?
- Is it possible to permanently authorize the Office 365 Outlook connector?
- What alternatives or solutions have you implemented to ensure 100% unattended automation?
Additional Context:
- I am using an account with appropriate permissions in Office 365.
- The flow does not require frequent changes to connectors or their configuration.
I appreciate any suggestions, experiences, or best practices you can share.
