copy items inc attachments from one list to another based on a condition

Hello

I have created a flow with a condition whereby where there are any items in the existing list that is set to 'Yes' to create those items in new list and to also copy over the attachments

Could anyone please tell me where I am going wrong as the condition is not being fulfilled and the items are not being copied over to the new list

    Hi @MoEdu

Thank you for your further update.

Could you please try to change expression in condition to : items(‘Apply_to_each’)?[‘Migrate/Value’]

Here are similar scenario for your reference:

    Hope it helps.

    Thanks

    @v-duann-msft @Ler thank you

It was a yes/no check box, I tried Yes and true it still would not work I have now deleted the check box and created a choice menu called 'Migrate to' which has the value 2020 in it

so the flow should only move the items which have 2020 against them to another list but the flow still does not work

within the list i have items for the year 2019 and 2020, 2019 items should remain in that list and the 2020 items in the list need to be copied over to another list

    Hi @MoEdu

Thank you very much for posting.

Accordingly to your screenshots, it looks like the condition couldn’t make you find ‘Yes’ result and start the yes branch.

If that’s the case, please kindly share me your SPO list if necessary and check condition again. In condition area, whether you selected “items('Apply_to_each')?['columnname/value']” or just “items('Apply_to_each')?['columnname’]”. This part is quite important to determine whether you get the value of this column or not.

I tested with no issue. Here is my flow for your reference:

To move attachments to another list, you could also refer :

Hope the content above may help you.

    Thanks

    hi @MoEdu

i guess your SharePoint item set is not text entry, maybe you used check options like "yes or no"

so you can try "true" instead of "yes"

that is working for me if i use "true"
