Hi, i've inherited a flow that's suddenly started to fail. Some other system is adding text dates to a SP list

Currently there's a set variable:

split(items('Problem_Date')?['Effective_x0020_Start_x0020_Date'], '-')

Followed by a compose:

formatDateTime(concat(variables('DS')[0], '-', variables('DS')[1], '-', variables('DS')[2]), 'yyyy-MM-dd')

This is failing out on the dates with slashes.

How can i get the output of the compose to be correct for both variants?
