Need help with "Suggest Topics" feature

Hi,

 

I am using PVA on Teams to build a virtual agent. Company intranet, sharepoint or onedrive url are not supported by "Suggested Topics" feature. Company internal resources are not kept in public internet. Is there a way to use those internal resources with this feature? Or is there a way where I can upload those infromation (pdf or word document) and the bot can extract information and present to end-user?

    The requirements for uploading the information as a document are essentially the same as a web page.  It has to be a document that is accessible without requiring a login.  I haven't tried it, but I think it will work if you use an HTTPS address that is on your company's internal network, but not accessible to the public Internet because the DNS information isn't available externally.  At least that is what I would try.
