Hello,

I created flow ;

when Item modified in SharePoint list, the flow trigger. It is working well.

I put condition when specific column modified, only the flow shell trigger. it is working.

but now, when I created the new item, the trigger but did not forward because of the trigger condition, but it trigger only for 1st part. when item created or modified.

How can I stop this?

The flow should fully trigger only one time when specific column choice value (which only one choice available in column) selected, it should trigger.

the flow trigger when item was created; but it failed. but it triggers. means my per day limit spent.

inside one of that flow,

But i am afraid, io can lost my Requests limits and allocations - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn per day.

That's why I want to stop to trigger flow.

Expand the Scope action to see what the error is.

It shouldn't be due to resource allocation.

I am sharing screenshot of the error.

Currently I have one co-owner who initiate the flow, then the email sent from co-owner's name, and as a Primary owner, I also can see the email in my outlook in send email. It means it does not matter that if I have multiple co-owner but as primary owner, I will see all emails in my outlook, right?

I have 15 members in my team and I want this emails send from them email, so I need to add them as a co-owner, right?
How I cannot use only my flow run permission in 24 hrs., but the all-co-owner's connection?
or I can share this flow to my team, and they can create this flow format in them automate flow? or else?
what action is suitable here?
If you have 10 min, I would like to meet on meeting to show you if we can improve the flow and fix this limit, the email should be sent not only from my connection.

FYI,

I have two separate flows for same SharePoint list.
Each flow is "when item modified in specific column, only the flow trigger and send an email."

now when I want to send 1st email, I change item in one choice column and the flow triggers.

But as the same time, my 2nd flow also triggers and failed. (dose it means my API is counted in that failed flow?)
and the 2nd flow is not sending the email because in 2nd choice column the values is not there. (means it's actually working)

My question, how I can trigger only one time when item is modified?
As we know we have limited API request per day Requests limits and allocations - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn.

I have license so I am assuming I have 40000 limits. (which is more than enough but when there will be many entries (5000) then I will have problem for this API right?

When in SharePoint list, there will be many entries, I am afraid my limits per day will be finished because triggering both flows.
Or maybe I do not understand how this limits works.
Please someone help me.
I do not have access to see how many flows cycle I used in a day. So, I cannot really, see?
Kindly help.

Please post a screenshot of the flow in design mode. The error seems to be due to a misconfigured action.

The error is complaining about that bit. The contains clause can only be used for arrays and collections. For some items, that field might be 'null' hence the issue.
