Automate Pivot Table creation with data model

Using data rows and a Pivot Table to display a schedule.  Need to create a measure to display name in value field.
 
End users not able to complete all the steps.  How is easiest way to automate this?  I complete transformations and Formatting with Power Automate but can't find how to add Pivot Table with data model.
