Dynamics 365 Field Service -Get Record - Resource

Hi, I've created a flow using the Dynamics 365 connector to Get records from Field Service.  The Flow I have created is when a WORK ORDER is updated and Status set to 'Open - Completed' to send a notification with Work Order and Booking data.  I have been able to get Account, Work Order Number, Primary Contact email, total Amount of Work Order and some other custom fields.  I am not able to Get (find) the Resource used for the booking.  It does not display in Bookable Resource Booking.

Any ideas on where to look for the Resource used in the booking?

Thank you in advance,

Richard

    Hi Richard,

In my testing it seems to be working as intended. Either there is something missing from the problem that I am not getting or we are experiencing different things. You can always create a Microsoft Support request by following the instructions below; if you are experiencing the ladder then it will likely have to go that way anyway. If any other communities members know feel free to chime in too.

If you would like to create a ticket with Microsoft Customer Support here is a link on how to do so: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/get-help-support

    Regards,

    Alex
