Hello

I need to creat a flow with conditions. The place that I'm working have 2 plants floor, and the new members should get access to use the same documents. Then I need to create a flow that when one new member of plant floor 1 to request access of documents the request be sent for owner of plant floor 1. When the new member of plant floor 2 to request access, the request be sent for owner of plant 2.

The request will be sent getting answer by forms.

    Hi @HenriqueLima101 ,

Since you don't have data saved in any data source, there would be many places need hard-coded settings, especially in the condition control.

    Best regards,

Thank you for reply me Jefferni.

    1. The user will choose the plant filling one form.
    2. We don't save the data for plant floor, is only one number which the users are working.

    best regards

    Hi @HenriqueLima101 ,

How did you define the plant floor of a member, in a list or let them choose in the Form? Where do you save all the data, like the owner info of each plant floor?

Generally speaking, the flow need to know to which plant floor the one who submitted the form and ask for access. Then the owner is clear and you will be able to send Email to them or grant access to the member if you have different folders for each plant floor.

    Best regards,
