Hi Guys, 
 
I'm currently trying to make an approval flow for my colleagues, I just wanted to know if there is a way that when they open the attachment that's sent with the approval if we are able to change the view that it opens in to?

    Can you be more specific? When you say attachment in an approval, you're referring to the attachment and not the item link:
    If it is indeed the attachment, there is no way to control how they open from within Power Automate. How they attachment would open would be controlled from within the app itself and the file type. For example, you can control some aspects of how a pdf opens via Viewing PDFs and viewing preferences, Adobe Acrobat

    What I mean is when I get the approval on teams I get an attachment below 
     
     
    Which then opens into this 
     
    I want to be able to change the way that this looks
