Updating a task in Planner when sharepoint list is modified

Hey everyone,

Im trying to create a flow that will enable me to update tasks on planner when a sharepoint list item is modified. I have tried the following:

Trigger: When an exisiting file is modified (sharepoint)

Action 1: Get my Profile

Action 2: List tasks (planner) - I link it to the plan I have set.

Action 3: Apply to each - Value

Action 4: Update a task (planner) - Where it says Task ID I enter Value ID

When I run it, I seem to get the following error:

"ActionFailed. An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded."

HELP PLEASE.

    Hi @jortizfr5195,

Could you share the details of your Flow configuration?

I am afraid that according to the description, it is not possible to determine which configuration caused the error to occur.

In addition, whether the file is updated, the Flow will trigger, or the list will be updated, and Flow will trigger.

Anyway, I created a Flow here, roughly in line with your description, it works well, maybe you could refer to:

When populating Task Id, click on "Enter custom value" and then populate List tasks-value Id.

Please take a try and let me know if issue still exists.

    Best Regards,

    Barry
