Hello,
Is it possible to trigger a cloud flow when a user tries to download a file from a specific folder in SharePoint online?
If so, could you please provide an example?

I have not tested "PowerShell to Get Audit Logs for SharePoint Online" script. Because i do not have rights to run it.
But if you want to run a PowerShell script using the Power Automate Desktop then use Run PowerShell script action.
