hi all
I have a solution that has been moved from the Unmanaged Sandbox environment to Production. There is one App and multiple flows inside of the solution that triggers on instance ( from the App). The flow is owned by a service account. The Service account has a per user plan license. Since the solution has been moved as managed to the production environment some users can nor run it anymore.
All users have the correct access to data and App.
Do all users need to have a premium license or per user plan inside of a managed environment?is there a licensing requirement?

Any idea what can be the reason?
