How to break out of an IF ELSE statement

Hello all,

 

I have a set of conditions within an IF Else that will continue downward, but at 2 points i need to break out of it and stop it from flowing down the logic. But if these 2 points are not true then i need the logic to flow down until the end.

    figured it out, just a matter of figuring out the logic flow correctly
