Wanted to know if the Power Virtual Agent platform has the following features and if not, if and when implementation is planned:
- Multilingual bots: so that the same bot can talk in multiple languages based on user preference
- Conversation testing: where we can record a flow and save it as a test case and then at any later point, run our flow against this test case to identify changes and issues
Currently Power Virtual Agents support a single language per-bot, chosen at the time of creation. We are also tracking multi-lingual bots as a popular customer request, however, do not currently have any roadmap info about the capability to share at this time.
Power Virtual Agents does allow you to export transcripts from bot sessions as documented here. Download chatbot sessions - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Docs. PVA does not currently support testing using those transcripts as tests, however you could feasibly automate (with custom code) a client such as the web chat control to play the transcript messages to the bot and compare the results against the transcript.
