Transform E-Mail-Address to all lower case is not working properly

What do i get wrong with the "toLower" function? shuoldn't this pass the e-mail-address in all lower letters?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

     

    Are you using the toLower() function as an expression?

     

    Here is my test
