    Hello @PhenomenonX

For the Excel part of your quetion, please see the sample flow below:

I have only one column in my Excel file, so I can retrieve as "All available values from worksheet" in this case.

If you have only one column, you can refer the file path value with %ExcelData[RowIndex]% format. If there are more than one column, you have to use %ExcelData[RowIndex][ColumnIndex]% format. Both index number is started from 0.

    Thank you.

On a website there an (upload file ) button, I need to upload a file(.pdf), and I want to use the full path of the pdf file (C://folder/file.pdf) from the excel column

question: how Microsoft Power Automate Desktop deals with simple uploading files to the websites using files path listed in the excel column?

    Hello @PhenomenonX

Q1) What values are stored in your Excel cells? Isn't the full path of the PDF file stored in the cell?

Q2) What do you mean in "simple uploading files to the websites"? I believe there is no such generic method to upload file to web server other than sending HTTP POST request.

Give us more details of your problem, please.

    Thank you.

I want to automate this using file text path from excel sheet column ( c://folder/file.pdf) pdf or any extension image, its general operation (upload)

    Hello @PhenomenonX

You can use action "Send keys" to send key conbination Ctrl-V (Paste) to the foreground window.

If the character input cursor is not in the appropriate field, send the TAB key as many times as necessary to focus the cursor into the "File name" field before sending the Ctrl-V key.

If you send out the Enter key after that, it will behave as if you clicked the [Open] button.

"File upload" has different user interfaces on different websites, and the behavior after clicking the "Upload" button is not the same, and the problem must be addressed on a case-by-case basis. That's what I wanted to mention. 🙂

    Good luck.
