Hi All,

I am developing a custom actions. When I install in the PAD.I am getting the "Custom module cache not found" Error.

The custom actions .dll file is in the root of the .cab file?
I would recommend that you first try the simple code written in Learn.

Create Power Automate for desktop actions using the Actions SDK

custom module (.dll) and packaged file (.cab) must also be signed, so please check that as well.

Hi @Anonymous , Were you able to resolve this issue? I am also facing similar issue. @kinuasa , I have signed all DLL and CAB files. Also all the DLLs are on root of CAB. Still no luck.

I think the best way to running Custom actions is to look at the problem areas one by one🤔

Is the Visual Studio template the latest version?
Is the name of the custom module correct?
Is the certificate imported?
Are all required dlls(including custom module) signed?
Are all required dlls packaged in a cabinet file(.cab)?
Is the cabinet file signed?
