ACL ERROR when accessing a LIST via a simple trigger/cloud flow

The error looks like :
Error from token exchange: Permission denied due to missing connection ACL: Connection https://power-apis-usgov001-public.azure-apihub.us/@power-apis-usgov001-public/default-f46cb8ea-7900-4d10-8ceb-80e8c1c81ee7/logicflows/c26c7821-8956-4711-86d9-2571bd031a2c version -9223372036854775808, connection=power-apis-usgov001-public/default-f46cb8ea-7900-4d10-8ceb-80e8c1c81ee7/sharepointonline/shared-sharepointonl-8502899f-e703-4a3a-8eab-57977bb5e80c
 
when a field gets a certain value I want to update two other fields in same List with the Date('now') and  with the  user_id making the change.  But the flow is not really triggering...
 
The SharePoint setup is whatever my organization has set up (and of doubtful flexibility)

    I'm not sure why this isn't working for you, but unless you have taken steps to prevent it, this Flow may create an infinite loop.
    If the Flow should trigger when an item is updated, you will likely have an infinite loop.
     
    I would try creating a new connection assuming that you have at least Contribute level access to the list.
     
    If you need help avoiding the infinite loop, please let me know.
