Automated Cloud Flow Throttled

I have an automated cloud flow that I have been using for roughly 10 months, and it suddenly was flagged by the flow checker as a problem. The error I am getting is "Alert: Your operation has been throttled". My trigger is when a new email arrives (V3), and it seems it's stuck on that step as that's where I see a red exclamation mark. I do have a lot of steps and an inclusion array as well as an exclusion array, so that if I receive an email in a certain folder and it contains an item on the inclusion and zero on the exclusion, my team will get notified in a microsoft teams group chat. What is odd is it seems to still be partially working, but there are emails that arrived yesterday evening and this morning that have still to be captured/processed in the flow; I can't even see that they are running. Have I exceeded some kind of data limit? Why would the flow have been working fine for months? Any assistance is appreciated!

If you don't have a Power Automate premium license, you can switch to that as it has higher limits. If the premium license still gets throttled, you'll need to get a per flow license which has still higher limits.

You may want to try and incorporate some of your filters into a trigger condition instead. This way, the flow will not trigger on every single e-mail you get. Here is some information on trigger conditions Customize your triggers with conditions - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn (Microsoft) and Power Automate Trigger Conditions (blog post that is a bit easier to understand).
