Mobile App - Issue with Gallery not showing on mobile

I am currently having an issue with Galleries not showing on Mobile App.

Working correctly on browser but from the 26th February 2020, apps that were working correctly on both Android and IOS suddenly stopped working.

Has anybody experienced the same issue.

Hi @JohannaM ,
Are you referring to galleries in total or pictures from galleries?
I can't help you with the first one (ours are still working perfectly), but I possibly have a solution for the second.

Thank you for your reply it is galleries in general, i don't have any picture in my gallery, they are items in a SharePoint list.

If the gallery is linked to a collection, then check the datasource connection. it could be connection issue (Also check internet connection)

@Anonymous How is the picture stored in the list - long text field or attachment?

It’s not an image. It’s the entire gallery. It doesn’t load in iOS.

OK @Anonymous ,
As a test, load the app on an Android device and see it it shows there. If so, it is version issue.
Also is there anything special about the gallery (is it Flexible Height) and also are the app dimensions set for the iOS device or does it have to scale to fit?

Nothing special. Default phone settings.

Tried a couple different versions of iOS. Latest PowerApps version.

It’s weird. It seems to work for some people and not for others.

I’ll test it on Android when I return to work on Thursday.

I have managed to resolve my issue.
It was due to the mobile app not creating a connection correctly to my sharepoint list.
I went into the details section of my app within power apps on my mobile devices and switched the connection this resolved the issue on both iOS and android. Hope this helps.
