Error loading page in Power Automate

Hi 

I'm interested in using power automate. I tried for the first time to access power automat from my personal Microsoft 365 account today and when I am directed to Power automat, an error appears when loading the page as shown in the attached clip.

Is it possible to use power automate from a personal Microsoft 365 account and does this error message affect the use of power automat?

    Power Automate can't be used directly with a Microsoft Account. You need a Work or School account unless the Microsoft Account has been invited as a guest to an Office 365 tenant.
