Hi, my list have Category column, which are cleaning, security, plumbing, others, air conditioning, electrical, mechanical.

my plan is to display these category (name only not the data with the category), in a gallery or anything that can arrange them based on data count in the list, I want to make it like leaderboard of Top5 or Top 3 most category data count in the list.

Check out the distinct and Count functions

The Gallery data source will be Distinct (Datasource, "Items u want distinct")  and the label inside the Gallery will be (Thisitem.Value & Count the items)

You will need the SortBy function
    SortTableFormula [, SortOrder ] )

    Sort(YourDistinctFunction , CountFormular)
