When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2) triggers only after 5 minutes

Hi Folks,

 

I'm trying to use When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2) trigger in power automate. I noticed that the flow does not trigger immediately and takes 4 to 5 minutes to start the flow. Is this by design? If I use "When a new email arrives (v3)" trigger, it triggers immediately. 

 

Below are the list of licenses assigned to my account:
