Using Multiple Forms in One Flow

Hello,

I am trying to create a simple flow that gets info from one form, uses some of that info to send out an email to a second person to respond to another form and uses all of that information to send an email to me with those responses.

I am having trouble getting the responses from the second form. As you can see here, the first form allows me to fill in the 'Response Id' as Dynamic content.

When I try to do the same thing with the second form, this is what I get:

I only have the option to get the list of response notifications for the second form.

I have tried to copy the expression that flow uses to get the response Id, but that didn't work.

Has anyone come across this or have any suggestions to get around this?

Thanks in advance!

Not sure if this will help anyone in the future, but I managed to work around the issue with these steps:

    1. initialize an integer variable at the top of my flow

    2. Parse the JSON output of the "When a new response is submitted 2" action

    3. set the variable to the responseId that was grabbed from the Parse action

    4. Set that variable to the Response ID field in the "Get Response Details 2" action

    Hi @nchristison,

Thank you for the above. I am trying to do exactly the same thing as you.

    1. I have initialized the variable as an int

    2. Parse the JSON

    3. Set the variable to response id

    4. Set that to the get response 2

However, I am getting the following error "The variable 'ResponseID' of type 'Integer' cannot be set to null or empty value." and I am not sure where I am going wrong.

Would you be able to offer some advice?

    Thanks

    Conor.
