Set flow for email notification for change in date column in multiple Sharepoint Lists

Hi

We have multiple projects going at the same time, all which have been created in Sharepoint Lists and attached to the relevant Teams Channel for that project. Is there a flow I can set up that sends me an email every time someone makes a change to the date column? There is another YES/NO column which flags that project task as a major milestone. I would only want notifications if the task is a major milestone AND the date has been changed, as I don't need to know of any date changes for the non major milestone tasks.

thanks in advance

Thanks for your help on this! Will give this a test run today and hopefully all goes to plan. I'm assuming I would have to do a new flow for each MS list? or is it possible to add all lists onto the one flow? They are all sitting in separate Teams channels, not sure if that changes anything.

    Hi @siddrow

You need to create a flow for each List.

Hi, could you please expand on the "Get changes for an item or file (properties only)? Struggling to work out what needs to go into the Id, Since and Until fields.

thanks! It doesn't seem to be working for me.

I've added the same site address and List or Library to both first and second steps and have selected the "trigger window start token" as per your screenshot.

and followed your same steps for the condition. I did swap out "true" in the second line to "Yes" as the milestone column either says Yes or No. When I did a test run, and noticed the flow didn't work, I tried to add in "true" as per your screenshot, however that didn't help. I also tried to tick both boxes under the And, however that didn't do anything either.

I've also followed the "Send an email V2" step as per your screenshot. Did a test run and changed a due date for a milestone "yes" in the MS list I have linked and I haven't received any emails. Not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

I just tried the flow again with true in the milestone line and it has finally worked for some reason. Email all received!
