Retrieve email messages from Outlook doesn't find unread email

Most of the time it can find unread email from outlook, but sometimes it doesn't.

I have an email with attachment received before 8 PM and an desktop flow to run at 9 PM to save attachment.

The action has run successfully after 60 seconds waiting time.

However, it doesn't read the email. Is there any way to improve the accuracy?

Please check the specifications you have given
for retrieve and attachments what you have selected and please elaborate your requirement.

Hi Usha,
My question is why the action " retrieve email messages from Outlook" doesn't read email sometimes even I have selected to save attachment (please check below). Is it because the "Launch Outlook" action hasn't opened completely? If yes, is there any way to improve it?

Maybe, use launch outlook again
and also check the subject is exactly matches the subject you have given in the activity LOwer case or uppercase letters.
And ensure that your emails have attachments.

If it completes successfully, it's not because of failing to launch Outlook. If that was the case, it would throw an error. Are you sure the email is marked as unread at that time? If you have manually read it and then marked it as unread, you may need to give it some time before the flow runs, to make sure it's still unread in the server.

Also, does the email subject contains "New launch"?
