Workflow based on excel, to get information in word, prepare email and send pdf attached

Hi again, 

 

I need your help again. I need to send certificates to assistants of a training. So I have an excel with first name, last name and email. Additionally I have one template in word, where the names are taken from this excel. 

Is there an option to make make an automatization where an email is sent to each one attaching the individual certificate converted in pdf before?

    I believe you could design one flow like following one to list all assistants info and send them mails by each converted PDF certificate as below. Thanks.

    Thanks for your response. But in this flow, I do not see, at what point, it creates the personalized certificate per person, no?

     

    And additionally in the email it should take the information for the recipient out of the excel list.

    I thought the personalized certificate per person is created by the template you mentioned. Could you share more details on 'the personalized certificate per person' and where would you want to 'take the information for the recipient out of the excel list'. I believe both of these ideas are achievable.

    Hi Johnny, 

     

    Thanks for coming back to me. 

     

    So, let me explain you: I have one documenting word, from where a Microsoft Word mail merge is used. It is one page.

     

    In this page there are inserter mail merge fields that pull the information from my excel spreadsheet (name, email..) into the document. The question is, how this word document can be populated to get that document individualized to each person (out from the excel spreadsheet), convert each individualized document from word to a pdf and finally send the pdf to each person.

     

    I hope you understand my issue.
