Trigger works periodically

I have a flow that is set to send an email when a file is added to a specific folder using the trigger "when a file is created or modified in a folder." Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't and I can't figure out why.  The run history has only successful statuses, but not every file added to this folder has been sent via an email. No errors. Any advice welcome!

Thanks for the help, though I did already check that the recurrence interval is 5 minutes and documents are definitely in there for longer than that. I also do not have access to the support you mentioned. Any community help would be welcomed! Is this just some strange bug with Power Automate?

    Hi @KBeckerman :

"when a file is created or modified in a folder" is a polling trigger , it means the trigger will periodically check for updates over an interval.

As you can see, its default polling interval is 1 minute. So you only need to wait for a while, the flow will be executed automatically.

If after wait for a while and then you find that the flow is still not triggered, I suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.
