How to create teams meeting join link for each instance in a meeting series?

Hi Folks,

I had created a flow to schedule recurring meetings using create a teams meeting action in Power Automate. It functions as expected, but returns only a single join link. So if the meeting has 5 occurrence, will the join link be same for all of them? Can someone let me know how that works. Also please suggest if there's any method to build a teams meeting join link from meeting instance ID.

Hi @rbn_nue,

I think that is how meeting join links of meetings with a recurrence work. They will be the same for every single instance.

I have not seen a setting in either Teams policies or in the create onlineMeeting method of the Graph API which gives you an option to change this. But I might have missed something.

You can probably workaround this by creating the 5 occurrences separately in an apply to each loop. This way they will all have a unique join link.
