I am working in a global organization, I am a normal user without prompted privilege in AD, AAD or O365 and I want to create an environment which only includes China user.
I learnt from some documents, that as long as I assign a security group to environment and the members of the which has corresponding license, the members will be automatically added to user table of that environment.
I have a group for all China users, I use it to send group email, I am not sure whether it's office365 group or DL, but any way I assign it to the environment, the member as M365 E3 license. The problem is
1.they have not automatically added to user table
2.Some users who are not member of that group appear in the user table
3.I can manually add users, but the first name and last name is in different order comparing to the default environment.
For example, in China environment, my user name in users table is
