Hello dear colleagues, and specially @David_MA,   I will describe my current flow in detail. I hope you can understand and provide advice or orientation on how I should proceed to achieve my goal.

Goal: Send an email to many users of a shared calendar. In the content of the email, include ONLY the meetings/appointments that have changed. All from Outlook365.

1. General foto of the whole Flow:

2. Current result in a received e-mail:

Issue: As a result, I received the email with all Meeting Subjects' dates, but I expected to receive only this:

The Meeting Subject "prob" had its date changed in my calendar. The others had no date changes. Therefore, does anyone know and can tell me how I can receive only the Meeting Subjects in my email that were changed?

E-mail received and result:

As described above, I need to receive only the "Meeting Subject," "Start," and "End" that had the date modified in my calendar, and not every single Meeting Subject.

I would appreciate it if someone could support me by describing how I can receive an email with only the Meeting Subjects that have been modified, added, or changed in my calendar.

Thanks

Kleber Santos

Sorry, I don't know of any way to do what you want. You can check if the calendar event was modified by comparing the created date with the modified date. But there is no way that I know of to tell what was changed.
